整套全新蝙蝠俠戰衣將採用電影特效級別高端合成模式，選用有質感的彈性布料剪裁縫制，並飾有細致的線條紋理，胸口位置飾有新設計的蝙蝠LOGO，同時還原上呈金屬質感的黑灰色裝甲與金屬金色裝備腰帶，裝甲附有布制彈力帶穩固於人偶素體上，手臂護甲配有標志性倒鉤；全新黑色斗篷由高質布料獨特剪裁而成，斗篷邊緣內藏鐵線，可營造出影片中所呈現的自然垂墜感。
Hot Toys參照《閃電俠》中蝙蝠俠的造型設定，全新打造出一款高33cm、全身逾28處可動關節的魁梧型蝙蝠俠人偶素體，並優化肌肉線條呈現，使人偶素體的外型線條更加流暢自然。
在頭雕的設計上則參照了蝙蝠俠的面部輪廓，打造全新蝙蝠俠頭雕，同時配備可動眼球技術（Separate Rolling Eyeballs）和3款全新打造的可替換下半臉部配件，可以通過替換表情及調整眼神角度，以還原蝙蝠俠凌厲的神情。
隨人偶更配置一柄勾爪槍、三個蝙蝠飛鏢與一參考《閃電俠》電影海報中，蝙蝠俠獨自站在高處，俯俯視著整座城市的背影而特別設計的、配有LED 燈效的《閃電俠》系列人偶地台。

Hot Toys參照《閃電俠》中蝙蝠摩托的外形設計，以高標準的製作工藝和精確比例打造出這款高20.5cm、寬16cm、長56.5cm的銀灰色裝甲型摩托，前端為雙輪設計，車身整體呈現出厚重的金屬質感，並精心打造出每項細節，如：車體的引擎系統、可轉動的前後巨型車輪、車頭前端的兩對機關槍、搭載於後輪的彈弓避震、手把、腳踏細節，以及襟翼具有可動關節功能等；更有一組車輛沖撞配件可裝置於蝙蝠車上。此外，蝙蝠摩托裝備有LED發光裝置，燈效設置於車頭、車尾處，引擎邊緣也可透出淡淡的白色光效。
