開發商ConcernedApe宣布《星露穀物語》將於今年秋季登陸Xbox Game Pass（PC/主機）。目前該作已經登陸了PC Steam，PSV，iOS，安卓，PS4，Xbox One和Switch。
《星露穀物語》2016年2月27日登陸了Steam，支持中文，獲得玩家「好評如潮」評價。
